 An amazingly simple tool that can give you so much insight into what\'s happening in your environment.
 it is a great software on of a kind, so many options, but a jungle of menu items. and it needs improvement, it should be easier and simpler.
 I haven\'t had a chance to exchaustively test the program yet, but I have set it up to monitor the local connnections and the data and graphs that comes back looks really good. I\'ll keep using it. If it keeps looking good, I\'ll look at purchasing it for my organization.
 Was unable to install on Vista Ult 64 version. Setup would start but window displaying the setup info was minimized and could not be restored or made visible at any point. From reviews this would have been a great program for my needs but, better luck next time. Tried installing/downloading 5x.
 Well, PRTG is very useful for me especially an "Auto Discovery" tool.Also,I enjoy its nice GUI
 I do not have anything good to say. Tried to install on Vista Home Premium, SP1 but the install keept on hanging. It did leave a half install system that was a mess to clean.

Opinion I'm still learning the many facilities available with PRTG Network monitor, but from what I have already discovered, it more than meets my requirements and is an excellent piece of software - more then 'Fit for Purpose'. It does what it says on the box.
PRTG seems very potent. my primary use, to monitor my internet connection uptime, has been reached.
 Nice product, really useful.

Paessler Netflow Tester dumps the data of all Netflow packets that a computer receives from a Cisco router. This can be useful when debugging bandwidth monitoring configurations based on Cisco's Netflow protocol. First the Netflow protocol must be enabled and configured on the router. Then the router must be given the IP address of the computer running Netflow tester so that the UDP data packets with Netflow data are sent to that computer.

Hello Paessler guys,Thanks all of you developed such a cool tool, I downloaded this tool is because I wan to check how netflow works, so I used another tool NetflowGenerator which is also developed by your guys, I found this tool seems could NOT dump the netflow packet of verion 9, since when I let genertator generate verion 9 flow packet, the tester recieved nothing, while the test worked well with the verion 5 flow packat. Another one confused me is that could I dump the generated or recieved netflow packet data into a disk file or are there any tools which ...
Brilliant product. Simple to configure, with good responsiveness and a wide array of sensor options. Thansk for the product.
 Very useful in providing an insight as to the messages [NetFlow] coming from the source entity.
